SBTRKT XFM Mix

SBTRKT just did a mix for Mary Anna Hobbes' radio show. Check it out below and many of the other awesome mixes several big names did on her Mixcloud. On another note, look out for James Blake's debut on Pete Tong's radio 1 show this Saturday as he performs his Essential Mix! So stoked!

Cheers!

Kaskade: The Essential Mix

Last night, Kaskade graced Pete Tong with an amazing essential mix. This is by far one of the best essential mix's this year and in my opinion might be up for the best of the year award.

Natural Disaster

New release from Laidback Luke, solely an instrumental mix at this point but this track's masterful progressive sound makes it one of the Dutch man's best original productions to this point.  You will be informed upon the release of a vocal mix.

Laidback Luke Natural Disaster - Instrumental Extended Mix

I first heard both of the tracks I am posting today on Pete Tong's Essential Selection (not to be confused with the Essential Mix).  If you have never listened to this program, I highly recommend doing so. The world famous DJ highlights all the biggest DJ's and their upcoming releases from 9:00 - 11:00 PM on Fridays (British time), it's the best place to find new tracks to lookout for.  You can listen to all the wonderments of BBC Radio 1 on their website.  Now, the track itself is by the 2 Bears.  It is the title track of their new EP, Bear Hug.

Shotgun To My Head

Since I've been done with my exams, I have been very lazy with posting but that's about to change.  My counterpart, the one and only JuliAn, has left for the beautiful country of Jamaica and will be returning with numerous vinyl's from a record shop (he best if he knows whats good for him).  I'm as excited as you.  Anyways, here we are with some terrific new music.

Let's start with an Ellie Goulding and Daft Punk mashup, need I say more?

Ellie Goulding x Daft Punk There's Something About Us Under The Sheets (B-Roc Of The Knocks Mix)

I heard this track on a broadcast of Pete Tong's radio show and instantly loved it, the british vocals evolving into heavy bass synths works very well here.

Audio Bullys Shotgun

Here's an older track from Sharam who has cemented his name as one of the top Dj's in the world.

Sharam Don't Say A Word (Sharam's Own Remix)

Chris Moody, the man behind the remix of Justice's 'We Are Your Friends', tries his hand at remixing some famed 70's disco.

Boney M Daddy Cool (Chris Moody & DJ Riz remix)

Dillon Francis did a great job when he tried his hand at remixing Chris Brown's hit 'Look at Me Now', but AC Slater outdoes him in his own take on it.

Chris Brown Look at Me Now (AC Slater Remix)

This next track is fairly old but I just recently discovered it. I'll let it speak for itself as it closes out this post in style.

The First Squeeze

We are the Electric Squeeze and I don't feel like writing a long introduction. I would rather just listen to some house beats, so let's do it. These are some (mostly) fresh tracks for your pleasure.Click the name to download!!! Enjoy

DJ Premier is arguably the best hip hop producer of all time. One half of the legendary Gangstaarr this track is very laid back...you can hear hip hop influence all over the place. Its great take a listen.

I have Literally been drooling over this song since Afrojack dropped it in his "Are You Ready Miami?" video. The wait was worth, it this is such a banger.

Unleash the Dada need I say more?

Sidney Samson has really stepped his remixing game up....This track is arguably better than the original but I really can't tell which remix is better his or Afrojacks...you decide.

Classic Dirty Dutch

Tiesto's little protege delivers his next banger after Zero 76...it delivers on all levels.

I realize that Miami to Ibiza is old (Almost a Year) but this remix goes SO SO SO hard.

Damn, words can't even describe the bass notes in this...Skrillex gets really nice with this great dubstep track.

Classic Tiesto remixed by the famous Laidback Luke....amazing

This needs no introduction.
